Change Policy

 
For any return of products you should contact us at 2382700900 or by sending an email to [email protected]
 

• The first change is free and for each subsequent change there is a charge for shipping to and from the customer (4€  2€  for return + 2€  for shipping)
• For products that have been purchased with a discount of 50% or more, the refund is not accepted and in addition the first change is made at your own expense!

 
What options do you have?

1. Change with the same product to other number or choose another design at the same price!
2. Create a coupon with the amount of your charge, which you will be able to cash out within 60 days!
3. Refund, excluding delivery costs and additional costs, due to your choice to pay for your order (eg pay on delivery).

 
General Information:

• For hygiene reasons, no changes or returns are made to underwear and socks.
• All returned products must be in excellent condition, have not been altered in any way and have their own special card, otherwise returns will NOT be accepted.
• You should try all the shoes indoors until you are sure that you want to keep them.
• The shoes should be returned in their original, intact packaging, as it is considered part of the product.

 
You have at your disposal within fourteen (14) days to withdraw from the purchase you made through our online store or by phone order, when you want to return the product and get your money back, to exchange it with another equal or higher value or obtaining a credit voucher! However, if the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
The refund is made by crediting your bank account which you will notify us.
 
In any case, no additional costs will be charged for such a refund unless the bank in which you wish to make the deposit is not one of the partners!
We have the right to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the products from the purchase of which it is returned in the same good condition in which you received them.
